Jackpot Games Maintenance: 4th August 2026

What's happening to jackpot games?
We're updating our jackpot systems. While this update is taking place, jackpot-enabled games and features may be temporarily unavailable.
When is the maintenance happening?
The maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday 4 August, starting at 04:00 BST.
How long will it take?
We expect the maintenance to take up to 90 minutes. It may be quicker, but please allow up to this long for jackpot games and features to be back to normal.
Will I be able to play other games during this time?
Yes! Other site services are expected to remain available as normal throughout the maintenance window. You'll only notice a difference with jackpot-enabled games and features.
Will I be able to take part in jackpot promotions during the maintenance?
You may be unable to participate in jackpot promotions while the maintenance is underway. Please note this is temporary, and normal service will resume once the update is complete.
What should I do if a jackpot game isn't working?
If a jackpot game doesn't load or isn't working as expected during the maintenance window, please try again a little later — the update should be complete within 90 minutes.
