We always strive to settle bets as quickly as we possibly can. In the vast majority of cases, that will be almost instantly, but there can sometimes be things outside of our control that affect when we can settle a bet.

Firstly, we have to wait for the official result from the provider. If this is a mainstream event on a mainstream market, we'll normally get that done in a couple of minutes, but for more obscure sports and events, it can take a little while longer. There may also be factors such as ambiguity surrounding the result which we are waiting for our providers to clear up before bets can be settled.

During busy times it can also take a little while longer to get things processed, so please bear with us when there are big events happening.

We would usually expect to see settlement within 5 minutes of an event ending. However, if your bet is on a more obscure, or very busy, event it may take longer and so we ask that you allow up to 24 hours just in case. If it hasn't been settled within this time, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team via the icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and they will be happy to check this for you.
