Our team are normally pretty accurate when it comes to settling bets, so there's a few things to check before getting in touch if you believe your bet has been settled incorrectly:

• Firstly, check the actual result and compare it to your bet. Often in these cases it's a simple misunderstanding that you may have placed a different bet than you intended, or misinterpreted the result. Flashscore is a great website / app which has all the results for most sports and events across the world. This is the first place to check to see what the result was, and then compare this to your bet.
• For things like player stats on football, all of our bets are settled using Opta. Their decision on how many shots a player had and how many hit the target is final, and we can't change that decision. Websites such as Whoscored are not only great for tracking things like player shots, fouls and tackles, they also use Opta for their stats too, so you'll be comparing like-for-like.
• It may be that you've misinterpreted how a market works, or you weren't quite sure when you placed your bet. It's worth having a quick check of our Sports Rules, and our Betting Guides here on our FAQ pages might also help.
