Verifying my email address...
When you first register your account with us, or if you make a change to the email address you have registered with us, we'll always ask you to verify that email address. This is a necessary step to ensure that the email address that you have used is your own, and that you have access to it. It also ensures that should we ever need to contact you about your account, we're able to get in touch. You will not be able to withdraw from the site unless you have verified your email address.
Whenever we need you to verify your email address, you'll be prompted with a message when you log into your account. On clicking this button, we'll simply send a quick email which contains a link that you need to click to complete verification.
If you've not received the verification email, here's a few quick steps to check:
- Wait a few minutes, it can take up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
- Check that the email address you registered is correct by going to My Account > Manage Details.
- Check your junk / spam folder and add us to your safe senders. You can find a few tips by clicking here.
