What documents do I need to send to verify my income?
To verify your income, a recent bank statement in PDF format, which shows both your income and deposits to the site is usually required, however, it can vary, depending on the source of your income. Always refer to the email you have received from us, which will contain all the information we require to verify your account.
Whilst we understand that this process may feel intrusive, this isn’t our intention, we simply want to uphold our responsibilities and abide by the regulations laid out by the UK Gambling Commission, for the protection of yourself and for all our customers.
We want to make this process as seamless as possible, and there's a few ways you can send your documents to us:
Option 1 – Email
You can simply reply to the email received from us, requesting the documentation, alternatively, you have the option to send it via email at docs@ballycasino.co.uk.
Option 2 – Live Chat
Click on the chat icon on in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and when prompted ask to speak to our 'Customer Due Diligence' team who will be able to assist you in verifying your documents.
