I'm having problems resetting my password...
If you’re having trouble resetting your password, don’t worry — this is usually quick and easy to resolve. The steps below cover the most common reasons the reset email may not arrive.
1. Check you’re using the correct email address
Make sure you’ve entered the email address that’s registered to your Bally Bet Sports & Casino account. The password reset email can only be sent to the email linked to your account, so using a different address means it won’t be delivered.
2. Check your junk or spam folder
If the email address is correct, take a look in your junk or spam folder. Sometimes our emails can be filtered there if we’re not on your safe senders list. You can also search your inbox for “Bally” to help locate the message.
3. Wait a few minutes and try again
If you haven’t received the email after around 10 minutes, you can request another password reset email. Occasionally there may be a short delay or a temporary delivery issue.
4. Check the reset link hasn’t expired
