If you've forgotten your password then you'll need a few things to be able to reset it:

1.  The email address registered to your account.
2.  The Date of Birth registered to your account.

Simply head to the Login page and then click 'Forgotten Details?'. Enter the two pieces of information mentioned above and then click 'Confirm'. You should receive an email within the next 5 minutes that will allow you to reset your password and then log in. There's nothing to worry about if you've forgotten one of these but you can remember the other. You can log into your account using either of these, so if you can remember one if them, you should have no problems.
