We would recommend that you double-check that you have met the requirements to receive a Box Bonanza. You can do this by checking the Terms of the promotion that you've entered, as they will likely explain why you haven't received it this time.
Some promotions are Prize Draws too. Once you meet the requirements, you're entered into a Prize Draw alongside other players. Lucky winners will be notified via the Promotions page and/or Email.
