Session Limits
As part of our commitment to Responsible Gambling we have introduced Session Limits. These limits determine the maximum amount of time you are able to spend logged in and placing real money wagers on-site. This helps you maintain greater control over your play within clearly defined time periods.
How do Session Limits work?
A Session Limit defines the maximum amount of time you are able to spend logged in and placing real money wagers on-site during a single session.
You can apply a Session Limit for the following durations:
• Thirty minutes
• One hour
• Two hours
• Three hours
• Four hours
Your Session Limit comes into effect immediately when it is set. You do not need to log out or place a wager for the timer to begin.
The Session Limit timer starts from the moment you apply the limit. Any time spent logged in and active on the site after setting the limit counts towards your session time, whether or not you place a wager.
Once your Session Limit has been reached, you will still be able to access demo modes and other areas of the site, however you will not be able to place any further real money wagers until your Session Limit has expired.
If you are taking part in a Poker tournament when your Session Limit expires, or have any pre‑purchased Bingo games, you will still be able to complete these.
If you reach your Session Limit before midday, the limit will remain in place until midnight.
If you reach your Session Limit after midday, the limit will remain in place for 12 hours.
How do I set or change a Session Limit?
You can set up or change your Session Limit here .
If you choose to decrease your Session Limit, the change will take effect immediately.
If you choose to increase your Session Limit, your existing limit will remain in place for a minimum of 24 hours. The new limit will then take effect from midnight.
Example:
If you increase your Session Limit on 1st August, your new limit will come into effect from 00:00 on 3rd August.
