What is the 'Plus' scheme?
Plus represents the added extras that you’ll receive if you qualify for it. Plus players will be eligible for Plus promotions, inclusion in our monthly Cash Drops, and a chance to win seasonal gifts.
Why am I not a Plus member?
As a Responsible Gambling Operator, we cannot tell you what it takes to qualify for Plus, but rest assured that your account will be reviewed regularly and you’ll be invited if eligible.
How do I qualify for the Plus scheme?
We review accounts as an ongoing process to see which members qualify to be part of the club. They will let you know by email or phone if you qualify, and they will send you a welcome email that lets you know more about all of the added extras. As a Responsible Gambling Operator, we don't give out the exact criteria as we'd want people to qualify naturally by playing the games and enjoying themselves.
Can I apply to be a Plus member?
Plus is based on your overall level of play. Those that qualify will receive an email welcoming them to the club. It is not possible to apply for membership to Plus.
How do I receive Plus Marketing
In order to be invited to the Plus Scheme and receive Plus communications, you must set your account to be subscribed to our email mailing list. To check you are opted into this, head to My Account > Manage Details. You will find your Contact Preferences on this page.
