You can easily review various details about your account at any time, including your personal information, payment history, gaming activity, and rewards. This guide will show you how to access each section.
You can review your personal details, payment history, gaming history, and reward history on the site at any time.
To view and update your email address, home address, phone numbers, and contact preferences, go to My Account Manage Details.
You can view your Game History at any time by going to My Account History Gaming History. Here you can check the outcome of all your games from the last 90 days.
What details can I see in my Gaming History?
You can see the name of the game, the Transaction ID, the amount wagered, and the amount won. There will also be a green tick next to each game that has completed correctly on our secure server. All games can be seen apart from Bonus rounds from Slot games.
Please note, the first and last transaction on each page are repeated so you can track your wagers consistently.
What are the filters for in my Gaming History?
- Time period: You can either select a predetermined period from the drop-down menu on the left-hand side, or search for specific times and dates by using the menu on the right.
- Game type: To find a particular game just select the Game Type or Game Name from the drop-down lists. To view all your game activity simply select "All".
When you have filled in all the information, click 'Search' to display your results.
To view your full Deposit and Withdrawal History for the last 90 days please go to My Account > History > Payment History.
To view your full Reward History for the last 30 days please go to My Account > History > Reward History. Please note, this does not show every bonus and reward you have received.
