- Opt-in: Ensure you ticked the opt-in button on the deposit page *before* you made your first deposit. This choice is locked in and cannot be changed retrospectively.
- Qualifying Bet: You must place a qualifying cash bet of at least £10 on any sportsbook market, at odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater (at the time of settlement). The value of each individual bet must be £10 or more. Excluded bets (Boosted odds, Profit boosts, Second chance bets, Free bets, Bets placed with bonus funds, 2up Markets) do not count.
- Settlement: Your Qualifying Bet must settle within 30 days from the date you made your first deposit.
- Voided/Cashed Out Bets: If your Qualifying Bet was cashed out, voided, or cancelled, it won't qualify. You would need to place another qualifying bet within the same 30-day window.
- Timing: While we aim for instant crediting upon settlement, please allow up to 72 hours for Free Bets to appear in your account in case of technical difficulties.
Once your qualifying bet has settled and your Free Bets are credited, a Free Bet token will appear in your bet slip. To use it, ensure the value of your bet is set to at least £10, and then select the token in your bet slip.
