Chat Restrictions are applied to accounts when you break the Chat Terms and Conditions of the site that you agree to when you register your account, or if our Chat Guidelines are repeatedly breached. Once applied to your account it means you will be unable to talk in our chat rooms for an allotted period.

There can also be 'chat win restrictions' applied to your account from time to time. The rewards from our chat games should be use to supplement your gameplay, not reward it. To give other players the chance to win, we may restrict your ability to win from our chat games. Each of these cases is carefully considered before a restriction is applied.
