If you have any concerns about a player in Chat or feel that someone has breached our Chat Guidelines and it’s been missed by a Host, please report this to a Host in the Chat Room who can deal with the situation immediately.

Alternatively, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team via the Live Chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

We’d need to know the member’s username, the time of the incident, the name of the Host in the room at the time, the room name and what happened. This would then be reviewed further, and the appropriate action would then be taken, such as a Chat Ban.
